If you're running an older style interface and have updated to the latest Windows 11 release, you may find it has blocked the driver and it's not working any more
Please see this post on the Ross-Tech forum for details of a workaround, or email us about trading in your old interface for a new HEX-V2 or HEX-NET which will work with the latest version of Windows and also covers the later module cars
